Pam is a grief counselor and President of the Caring Voice Coalition, Inc. a national non-profit organization based in Richmond, Virginia that provides patient services and programs to persons suffering from chronic illnesses.

Pam has over 16 years of experience in case management, organizing charitable events, as well as advocating for persons with chronic illnesses.

Her area of specialty involves advocating for chronically ill patients who are facing a hardship due to their chronic illness and works with patient programs and resources that promote self-sufficiency.

She lives in Virginia is married and has two children.
